ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
The first major step in creating your dream home or office is develop a layout. As an experienced interior design company, we know the value of listening to our clients to fully understand what they most desire and need for their new space. We take those requests and develop a layout / set of drawings that is fully functional while also being attractive and in the style that you really want.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our designers dedicate the first phase of a project to observing the space or drawings and listen to our clients to understand what problems they’re trying to solve, even if they can’t quite articulate the problems themselves. Then, concepts are developed and presented to the client for further refinement of the solution, which is then interpreted into the final design solution. Detailed contract documents, project plans, construction drawings, along with specification documents and CAD work are presented to the client. The Designer works with both the construction team and the client to establish a clear and efficient communication process to eliminate errors and unnecessary delays.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The preparation of project budget, over-seeing of trades, sourcing and supply of all material and coordination of project time lines all while working around the hours of your business so you don’t have to lose money while you spend it.
